We are currently seeking new employees for Trädgårdens Äldrecentra. We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a great interest and commitment to working with the elderly and everyday rehabilitation in a team, together with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

Job Responsibilities

You will work at our short-term accommodation that offers full-day assessments as well as respite care and relief. Your main tasks will be to participate in the assessment of activity ability and the need for continued support, with the goal of strengthening the individual's independence in ordinary housing. You will provide care and support, including delegated health and medical care tasks from a nurse, as well as support relatives who care for loved ones and need relief. The accommodation has a total of 18 places for full-day assessments and 18 places for respite care.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with experience working with an everyday rehabilitation approach. It is an advantage if you have experience and interest in working with the assessment of activity ability and with individuals who have a dementia diagnosis. You need to be accustomed to documentation, planning, independent work, but also have good collaboration skills. Since the assignment often involves supporting individuals to manage their daily lives under changed conditions, we are looking for someone who is attentive, supportive, and encouraging. You are flexible and have the ability to see opportunities and adapt your work according to current conditions. Great emphasis will be placed on personal competence.

More about the position

Permanent employment, full-time. Scheduled working hours during the day, evening, and weekends in collaboration with the work team. Start date according to agreement.
